I wanted to check the condition of the belt and inspect the primary clutch for overall condition.
The primary clutch (with EBS) has seen better days and has hairline cracks running up the sheave. I’ll need to replace it. It seems like every EBS clutch I’ve seen has these cracks in them. Is it a design flaw, poor maintenance or maybe both?
Has anyone else run a non EBS clutch on their sportsman 500? If so, did you have to make any
